Every 3rd Sunday on the month @ The Yoga Tree - 9.30am - 4.00pm
Come join us on a journey through the Chakras with a mix of practices designed to open and balance your Chakra system.
Retreats with be focused on each Chakra in turn, as a standalone session or building into a complete journey, chose from one or multiple sessions to suit you.
Each Retreat will pick from a range of modalities - yoga, meditation, chanting, journaling, intention setting, gratitude, ecstatic dance, sound healing and many more practices, a deliciously nourishing veggie/vegan lunch & lovely chocolate treats.
Every 3rd Sunday of the month @ The Yoga Tree.
Doors open @ 9.30am for a 10.00am start, finish @ 4pm.
