🏈 Summer Football Performance Camp is Back at FGFIT! 🏈FGFIT’s Sports Performance Center is excited to offer a 5-Week Football Performance Training Camp for athletes ages 12-15 this summer!
From June 15 – July 17, 2026, athletes will train 3 days per week in a structured program built to improve strength, speed, agility, power, coordination, and confidence. Whether your athlete is preparing for the upcoming season, trying to earn a roster spot, or simply wants to train with purpose this summer, this camp is designed to help them grow.
Our coaches bring high school and college-level experience and will provide hands-on instruction, individualized feedback, and injury-prevention strategies throughout the program.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday: Strength & Power Development
Wednesday: Agility Training & Coordination Skills
Friday: Sport Training
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Cost:
$100 per week per athlete
25% off when you register for all 5 weeks
Payment plans available upon request
