FEWGI Moves NY, in collaboration with Whoa Fitness, is a community-driven charity workout and fundraiser focused on strength, education, and women’s wellness.

Sponsored by Whoa Fitness, a state-of-the-art strength training facility specializing in weight training, this high-energy, beginner-friendly full-body boot camp will introduce participants to the benefits of lifting weights in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to build confidence under expert guidance, this event is designed to empower while raising funds for an important cause.

Proceeds benefit FEWGI as we launch our NY chapter and expand initiatives supporting women and girls of the local tri-state region.
