In this class, we will craft our own holiday décor using freshly harvested greens from the island, enhanced with festive embellishments for the holiday season.

About the Instructors:
CeeCee Simmons, a creative naturalist born in Hawaiʻi, is renowned for her creativity and expertise in weaving hala, which she personally harvests. She draws inspiration from the natural resources of the islands.
Stephanie Johnson, a seasoned floral design practitioner, brings years of experience in competitive floral design, having showcased her work at The Garden Club of Honolulu flower shows.
Recommended:
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good traction (required) You should be prepared to walk on uneven terrain (to and from your car )
- Long pants (to keep mosquitoes off. Optional: a light jacket or long-sleeved outer shirt.)
- Bug Spray (optional but recommended)
- Rain jacket or poncho (In case of rain from the car to the classroom)
- Water bottle (optional but recommended)

Proceeds from this class go to the Lyon Arboretum Education Department.
Refunds: Refund requests can be made up to one week before the class date. Tickets purchaed after the ticket deadline will not be refunded. Tickets cannot be transferred to another class.
