About this Event
Join Dr. Lenore — Dr. of Social Work, certified Brainspotting practitioner, certified life coach, and expert in brain/body/spirit healing and growth — for a hands-on, experiential workshop to connect to your soul's true purpose and the tools you need to bring it forward.
What is your purpose? Why is your soul here? What do you need to let go of to really step into your purpose and path? How can you bring the most joy and light into your purpose, and bask in that vibration every day? What do you need more of in your life to really soar and embody your soul's big reasons for being here?
These are some of the questions we'll address!
The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about their soul purpose, and doing so from a grounded spiritual perspective. No training in Brainspotting is required.
The workshop is part of an ongoing workshop series. Each workshop covers a unique topic, including:
- Tapping into your soul purpose — even when you're not sure what it is
- Manifesting your hopes and dreams through your subconscious
- Overcoming limiting beliefs
- Raising your self-esteem and self-worth
- Overcoming money blocks
- Growing your intuitive connection
- Connecting to your true soul self
- Increasing joy in your life
