Take a gentle pause before the holidays and gift yourself a day of stillness, warmth, and nature connection in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains.As winter settles in, this one-day retreat offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We’ll begin with a mindful forest hike through Glendalough’s quiet native woodlands, guided by forest bathing and mindfulness practices that invite calm and presence.
After the walk, we’ll gather at a private riverside sauna by the Avonmore River in Laragh’s Axe Club sauna — with time for optional cold dips in the river and a peaceful tea ceremony to close the day.
