Join us for a fun ruffle cake workshop with a festive spin! Over the course of 2 hours, you will learn how to correctly layer, crumb coat and frost your own 6” ruffle cake, in addition to learning piping and ruffle decoration techniques, which you will be putting to the test on your own creations! Alongside ribbons, cherries and lots of festive sparkles, we will be working on pre baked sponges, and our house made fillings and Swiss meringue buttercream will be available to fill and coat your cakes with. All equipment and ingredients are provided, and you will be taught by Eat & Mess owner and pastry chef Kate.
This class is suitable for all skill levels and we can happily accommodate dietary requirements if notified when booking.
