Festive Improvisation @ Ulster College of Music

This festive music improvisation workshop is for all abilities, for anybody who wants to give improvising in a group a go or try a new music making style, and extending a special welcome to people who may be a little bit nervous about trying improvising. Bring along an instrument or just yourself!

Cecily is a classically-trained cellist and community musician working in healthcare and educational settings. She uses a simple framework to help people understand some fundamental ideas of improvising in ensembles, and having fun making music with other people.
