SLAM will celebrate the holiday season with free concerts, tours, gallery activations, and art-making activities every Friday from November 22 through December 27. Judith Mann, SLAM’s senior curator of European art to 1800, will discuss the follower of Hugo van der Goes’s painting Adoration of the Magi as part of a seasonally themed in-gallery talk.
3–4:30 pm, The Farrell Auditorium
St. Louis Irish Arts will perform traditional Irish dance and music in the Museum’s auditorium.
6:30–8 pm, Sculpture Hall
Confluence Chamber Orchestra will perform wintry favorites and grand ballroom music in the marble splendor of Sculpture Hall.
