Under the direction of Tyler Benedict, this popular holiday concert has become a local favorite — a musical tradition that brings the community together each December. The program features works that reflect the many moods of the season, from Julie Giroux’s One Torch, Two Women, Three Ships, and Men Rejoicing to Frank Ticheli’s Earth Song. You’ll also hear Claude T. Smith’s Symphonic Prelude on Adeste Fidelis, Morten Lauridsen’s O Magnum Mysterium, and Leroy Anderson’s classic A Christmas Festival.
Adding a touch of cinematic cheer, the band will perform music from Home Alone, featuring John Williams’ heartwarming and instantly recognizable score — sure to delight audiences of all ages.
