From 5pm to 1am on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, indulge in an exquisite five-course dinner, curated by Chef Joshua Bedell and his culinary team. On Christmas Day, immerse in the magic of the season with a three-course Christmas Lunch, from 12pm to 3pm; the perfect accompaniment for merriment. Highlights from the menus include Spotted Prawn Tartare, Roasted Quail, Wild Mushroom Soba Mai and a Chocolate Baileys Log for a sweet bookend.
From 6.00pm on New Year’s Eve, ring in the new year with an exclusive dinner menu, featuring indulgent highlights such as Butter Poached Lobster, A5 Wagyu with Tamarind Demi-Glace, and a rich Gianduja Chocolate for dessert.
