This month we are showing Joachim Trier's Reprise (2006). Trier's Sentimental Value recently won the Grand Prix at Cannes.

Synopsis (Criterion Pictures): REPRISE is a playful film about friendship, madness and creativity, about love and sorrow, great ambitions and the often unpleasant clash between youthful presumptions and reality. With its somewhat un-Norwegian structure, REPRISE has a distinct style and narrative technique which moves the story forward in a rich and enthusiastic manner.
