About this Event
Unexpected Productions presents a festival of improvised plays celebrating the thrill of theater created in the moment. This special event features a range of inventive ensembles, including groups performing The Complete Improvised Works of Shakespeare, Abridged, as well as remounts of beloved UP classics like Playborhood, Four Hearts, and more. Blending spontaneity, storytelling, and theatrical daring, the festival showcases the many ways a play can come to life without a script.
