Step into a world of rhythm and movement with our evening of dance workshops! Explore styles from across the globe, all taught by experienced instructors. No experience needed – just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
Workshops include:
- Line Dancing with Maggie from Maggie Rock n Rodeo – learn classic line dances in a fun, welcoming environment.
- Afro-Fusion with Chinyanta from Jaiva House– explore traditional dances from South, East, and West Africa, see how they influence modern styles like jazz and hip hop, and create a short group choreography brought to life with live djembe drumming.
- Salsa with Farah from Tumbao – get moving to the rhythms of Latin dance.
- Ceilidh with RSCDS – try traditional Scottish country dancing in a lively group setting.
- Bollywood with Kamalika from The Ghungroo Academy – enjoy high-energy moves inspired by Indian cinema.
