Welcome to the Festival of Critical Comedy 2025!
Join us for a weekend of thought-provoking comedy for the third year in a row.
The hand-picked lineup of talented comedians, musicians, performers and poets will tickle your funny bone while making you think about the world around you.
An amazing line up including Ridiculusmus, Doppelgangster, Greg Fleet, Nick Sun, Sofie Prints and many more….

Featuring the world premiere of In the Comedy Hot Seat game show.
Like the love child of Trivial Pursuit and Mastermind, In the Comedy Hot Seat will have you teetering on the edge of your seat with bewildered laughter.
Featuring local performers, Pauline Sherlock, Duff Gregfield and Louis Nicoll, and hosted by quizmaster Jack Brady, this is one introspective game show where the audience is the only winner.
Awkward Giraffe is set up to promote "critical" or thinky comedy. We hope people will hang around to talk and argue.
We have decided to run this as a free event this year but encourage you to donate to help us cover the cost of running the event.
Suggested donations are:
Adult: $70 for the weekend / $35 for one day
Conc: $35 for the weekend / $17.50 for one day
Basic food will be available and we will have a liquor licence this year.
