The COIN DE MUSIQUE STAGE is an official Festival International de Louisiane venue located at the corner of Jefferson and Cypress, where local singer-songwriters share their original tunes in an intimate, festival-ready setting. Throughout the festival week, Monday night features Singer-Songwriter performances, followed by a Collaboratory open jam session on Tuesday at Blue Moon, with Festival International kicking off downtown on Wednesday. A special Saturday afternoon event hosted by Jason Harrington invites storytellers in a format that blends storytelling with Open Mic-style music, drawing inspiration from the Blue Moon Saloon Open Mic series held every other Tuesday. In addition, all Official Festival International after-parties are held at Blue Moon Saloon, 215 East Convent St, making it a central hub for late-night music and community gathering. The stage also highlights a strong lineup of local writers performing original material across folk, Cajun, Zydeco, indie, roots, and Americana genres, offering an authentic glimpse into the local music scene. This venue is positioned as a key festival hub near downtown, providing a space for fans of singer-songwriters, roots music, and intimate live storytelling to connect with the artists and the music in a welcoming community setting. See you downtown for FESTIVAL then late night at the MOON for an unforgettable FESTIVAL WEEK!
