Tournament Info:
This half-day tournament will be held at the Herrin City Park outdoor pickleball facility with Age &
Skill Divisions (2.5-5.0) in Coed Doubles. Coed teams may consist of any combination of men's,
women's, or mixed teams.
The format for this tournament will be round robin, 1 game to 11, win by 2, with single
elimination playoffs. Medal matches will be the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2). (Note - for
smaller brackets, the tournament director may convert the brackets to a format of 2 out of 3 to
11 (win by 2) or merge brackets, if needed. Larger brackets may be divided into pools with the
top two from each pool advancing to the single-elimination playoffs (This may be adjusted, as
well).
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each event.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to merge brackets or change format as needed for
tournament operations. This means that skill and/or ages could be combined depending on the
registration counts.

Registration is $30 per player.

Rules & Format:
This is a non-sanctioned tournament, but we will be following USAP 2025 rules.
Notice:
Age & Skill groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create
brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director
also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
