Fertility Women's Circle

Welcome to the Fertility Women's Circle!

Come join us for a special evening to embrace the heart and womb, rediscover your powerful intuition and replenish your feminine energy. This is a free in-person event where you can learn from other women and share your experiences. Whether you are just starting your fertility journey or looking for additional support, this circle is for you.

There is something incredibly powerful and healing in women gathering in circle and honouring themselves and other women. The Fertility Women’s Circle is a safe space to feel a connection and belonging in what can feel like a lonely journey. Feel grounded, nourished and supported in the freedom to share your story without judgement.

You will be welcomed to a holistic and inclusive environment where you will feel truly heard, uninterrupted and gently held in your vulnerability. This circle will include gentle movements, guided meditation, journaling and guided visualisation. A warming hot chocolate infused with herbs to aid fertility health will be offered. Everything in circle is an invitation, you can choose to simply be present if you wish.

Info: You will be warmly welcomed to a safe, holistic, inclusive and comforting environment. Meet with other women going through their own fertility journey. Enjoy a hot chocolate, infused with herbs to aid fertility health.

Info: Learn the history of women's circles and how they can help and empower you on your journey. We will open the circle by lighting a candle. Then relax into a guided meditation enabling you to feel calm from within, reducing anxieties and mind chatter. Guided meditation has many benefits for fertility including improving sleep, boosting immunity and promoting self-awareness. This guided meditation will focus on our feminine energy.

Info: Learn about the benefits of journaling and share your story. Sharing in a safe space can help you feel like you are not alone. It can be emotionally empowering and nourishing when we share our true self, fears, longings and desires. In circle, sharing aids compassion, love and acceptance for yourself and for others. Feel free to bring something to the alter space to talk about and infuse with this positive energy. Finally, access your inner strength through a guided visualisation. A guided visualisation can make you feel a better sense of control and promote healing. We will close the circle by blowing out our candles and choosing a positive affirmation to take home and remember this special evening.
