Come and learn how to make your own milk kefir that is naturally fermented with kefir grains. In this workshop you will learn how to make your own kefir and ways to use it. We will cover kefir cheese, kefir ranch dressing, cottage cheese from kefir, and cottage cheese mousse. You will learn how to use milk kefir in non-traditional way like in face masks. Each participant will take home their own milk kefir starter and will be provided with recipes to use it.
