Join us at ISCA in Levenshulme for a FERMENTED HOT SAUCE & PICKLES fermentation masterclass with Jules from The Plucky Pickle, plus, supper and drinks from Chef Issy Jenkins at ISCA.

Jules will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, including the importance of microbes on our plates. You will make your very own FERMENTED HOT SAUCE & PICKLES to take home with you to ferment, with tips and tricks how to look after your ferments at home.

Hands on FERMENTATION masterclass with your own seasonal Fermented Hot Sauce & Pickles to take home with you

Supper from Chef Issy Jenkins at ISCA (sample menu):

  • Bread, olives, pickles and ferments to share
  • Creamy harissa squash and butter beans with cavolo nero and Graceburn cheese
  • Celeriac, fennel, rainbow carrot, pomegranate and sesame salad
  • Blood orange, chocolate and almond tart with creme fraiche
