Everyone's talking about fermented foods and drinks!
For good reason- they're tasty, nutritious and actually very easy to make yourself at home.
This is a great value workshop to introduce you to a variety of ferments and set you up to do it all yourself at home.
'Living Sourdough' Leah's usual hands-on instruction has you putting on batches of sauerkraut and preserved lemons and learning how to make other pickled vegetables.
Discover the magic of gut-healthy drinks and their delicious secondary products (cultured butter and kefir cream cheese, anyone?).
You walk away with kombucha, ginger beer, milk and water kefir cultures to make your own delicious probiotic drinks.
A folder full of recipes and fermentation tips is included.
Perhaps best of all, a full tasting platter of fermented foods is provided. Yum!
