Join us as we delve into the world of food fermentation, looking at 4 different techniques!Come and join us at Combe Head House along with Paula for a celebration of all things fermented.
Includes a deliciously fermented plant based lunch.
You will make your very own jar of kimchi/sauerkraut, a seasonal fermented condiment. We will explore the amazing benefits of milk kefir and learn how to make it home, safely. Finally we will delve into the world of wild sodas, like ginger beer and tepache.
After the workshop, you will return home with four jars of your new ferments to develop at home.
