An empowering dance journey with the intention of building self-love and confidence through movement. (You can purchase a 4-week block for a discounted rate or come on a casual basis)
With a mixture of styles, we cover the slow, flowy and sensual, to the strong, sexy, and sassy! All sides of the fabulous feminine!
The classes include learning foundations, choreography, free flow freestyle, and self-expression. Challenge and celebrate your body, while embracing your feminine power!
Who’s it for?
Anyone who wants to embrace their femininity, learn to dance, and meet new people. All ages, shapes, and sizes, are welcomed with open arms! No dance experience needed. We are all about community and create a warm welcoming environment for you to fully let go and express your authentic self.
The Rundown:
Dance classes are every Wednesday night at Empire Studios in Grey Lynn. At the start of each class, we take a few minutes to connect in a circle, welcome in new girls, and set the intention for the class ahead.
Week 1:
Starting off with something fun, flirty, and upbeat. This class is all about getting out of your head and into your body! Life can be so rigid and go go go these days, so it's really important to just let go, shake ya booty and get a little playful!
Week 2:
Slowing things down and getting into the feels. Starting with a beautiful sensual yoga flow warm-up, channeling your feminine energy before moving into a yummy floor work routine. Wear long pants for this class :)
Week 3:
Starting with guided freestyle and self-expression, for our warm-up. I will prompt you with ideas to experiment with your own style of movement and get to know and love your body. This is a beautiful and empowering way to release emotions and tension, whilst building the confidence to express yourself without the fear of judgment. We will then learn a Hip-hop/Burlesque inspired dance, I will break things down into small easy steps and you will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you can pick things up! This class is where your inner goddess really starts to blossom!
Week 4:
Raising the energy with a strong, sassy, and playful routine. This lesson represents, owning your worth, backing yourself, and going after anything you desire! Give it your all and you will leave feeling like you can take on the world!

The choreography changes each week to keep it fresh and exciting and so that anyone can join in at any point. The more classes you join in on the more confident you will become, the more you will improve your dance skills, and the more you will allow yourself to let go! Classes run in back-to-back 4-week blocks.

$65 (Discounted rate for committing to the 4 classes in this block. Must be purchased before the first class on 4th of August.)
$20 (Casual class)
