Feminine Flow — A Somatic Evening Journey
Some evenings, you just need to stop (especially at the end of the week).
To put down everything you've been carrying and come back into your body. To feel held and to let go.
Feminine Flow is a gentle yet powerful somatic journey designed to help you release the week, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself — through movement, breath and sound.
We close with white peony & rose tea — a soft landing to integrate what's moved and carry you gently into the rest of your evening.

With over 5 years of coaching experience and 1000+ hours of client work, Agni is an ICF ACC certified Holistic Alignment Coach, somatic practitioner and energy therapist based in Bristol.
Her work specialises in Good Girl Recovery — helping ambitious women break free from people-pleasing patterns through a holistic approach that works with mind, body and soul.
She is passionate about creating sacred spaces for women to connect deeply with themselves and each other — through somatic practices, breathwork, voice, ceremonial cacao and energy healing.
