Feminine Breathwork

All genders are welcome! “Feminine” refers to the softness, strength, and sense of safety in how this space is guided and held.

Feminine Breathwork is a practice of meeting yourself exactly where you are.

It’s an invitation to slow down, soften, and tune in—within a space that is gently held and thoughtfully guided.

Breathwork can be deep and powerful, and there is space for that here. But this is not about pushing past your body’s limits or overriding what your nervous system is asking for.

Instead, we move at the pace your body needs. We listen. We allow.

This workshop is for you if:

✨You desire to have your inner wisdom and body-connection be a bigger part of your everyday life
✨You're open to feeling and processing through the body
✨You’re curious about breathwork and working with the body and/or you have expereince with that already and want to be held in your process by a safe and experienced facilitator

Our time together will include…

✨ an extended guided breathing session
✨time to integrate

Hosted in the beautiful studio at Held Space just steps from the G train, this trauma-informed offering doesn't require any breathwork experience—just an open heart and a willingness to connect with your body. 💜

✨deeply healing: we'll work with a sustained breathing pattern that invites the body to unwind muscle tension, process unfelt emotions, and to release stored stress. This goes all way to a celluar level as it brings improved oxygen delivery and circulation + supports lymphatic drainage.

✨trauma-informed: we’re being gentle and intentional while still going deep, but this isn’t about pushing past your limits or “getting high” with super intense breathing—it's about letting your body lead the way and being willing to meet yourself there.

✨intuitive: a playlist that’s carefully crafted to guide the experience, hands-on energy healing (with consent ofc) during, and with Nicole connected to you and guiding you through every step of the way.

**This is not recommended for people who are pregnant, on Medic*tion for blood pressure, who have glacoma or have a history or pyschosis or heart issues.
