Our 2nd Female Self-Defence Session is coming up!� Date: Sunday, 30th November 2025
� Location: Parklands Sports Center
� Time: 2:00 PM
We welcome all ladies aged 13 and above to join us for a free 2-hour session on self-defence!
In this session, we’ll be covering topics such as:
1/ Being followed
2/ Confrontation awareness
3/ Strikes
4/ Knife threats
5/ Ground defences
(and other areas as they come up!)
Our last session was a great success, with lots of positive feedback from the ladies. We hope you’ll join us this time to learn some practical, confidence-building skills, especially as the nights are drawing in.
Please share this event and help spread the word! All you need to bring is - Water, Comfortable active clothing and a willingness to invest time in yourself!
