Marsaude and KGC Pilates welcome you to a men-only 45-minute mat Pilates class designed specifically for the guys who have been curious but maybe a little intimidated by the sea of women in the room. No experience needed. No judgment. Just you, the mat, and a community of men showing up for themselves.
In honor of Men's Mental Health Month, we are creating a space where movement meets intention. Pilates is one of the most powerful tools for building core strength, improving posture, reducing stress, and taking care of your body from the inside out. And yes, it is harder than it looks.
Close it out with a fresh cold pressed juice and good energy in the room.

A HEADS UP: Wear comfortable workout clothes. No shoes or sneakers on the mat. Bring a water bottle and bring yourself.
