Introducing Felix Uncork, an evening where wine, food, and atmosphere come together on the terrace.Each edition of Felix Uncork highlights a different winery, bringing their unique character and story into focus. Alongside a curated selection of wines, our kitchen creates a dish designed specifically for the evening, thoughtful pairings that elevate both the glass and the plate.
Throughout the night, a representative from the featured winery will be present to share insights, stories, and the philosophy behind each bottle.
The third edition on July 1st focuses on Balassa, featuring the Szent Tamás Furmint 2023. For the occasion, Felix will present a specially created dish: giant black tiger prawns and bisque. A pairing designed to complement the wine’s character.
An intimate setting, a rotating selection of wineries, and a new experience each time.

Bemutatjuk a Felix Uncork eseménysorozatot, ahol a bor, a gasztronómia és a hangulat találkozik a teraszon.
A Felix Uncork minden alkalommal egy-egy pincészetet helyez a középpontba, bemutatva annak egyedi karakterét és történetét. A gondosan válogatott bor mellé konyhánk egy, kifejezetten az estére komponált fogással készül, amely tökéletesen kiegészíti az ízeket.
Az este során a meghívott borászat képviselője is jelen lesz, aki betekintést ad a borok mögötti filozófiába, és személyesen mesél a tételekről.
A harmadik alkalom július 1-én a Balassa Pincészetre fókuszál, a Szent Tamás Furmint 2023 tétellel. Az estére a Felix egy külön erre az alkalomra megálmodott fogással készül: óriás fekete tigrisrák és bisque. A bor karakteréhez hangolva.
Egy intimebb hangulat, folyamatosan megújuló pincészetek, és minden alkalommal egy új élmény.
