It’s Friday the 13th… plot twist: you’re the cat now.
This special Feline Flow invites you to embody your most feline qualities...deep stretches, unapologetic rest, slow curiosity, and quiet awareness. Through grounding movement and steady breath, you’ll melt tension into softness and trade busyness for presence.
Walk in human. Leave feeling feline: calm, centered and just a little enchanted. 🐾
Enjoy a 45-minute slow movement class in the cat sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate, followed by 45 minutes of cat time with a chance to cuddle, play, and interact with Starry Night Foster Cats.
Schedule:
✔️ Check-in: 6:45 – 7 PM @ Barista Counter
✔️ Set Up Mats: 7 – 7:15 PM
✔️ Yoga Flow: 7:15 – 8 PM
