About this Event

This is your chance to try out something new and feel the power of the Feldenkrais Method!

Lower back issues are a common thing in our society. We all know the feeling of tension in that particular area. Join this workshop to experience how the Feldenkrais Method could help you feel more freedom and space!

In this workshop you will enjoy two short Feldenkrais Group Classes (called "Awareness Through Movement") and you will have a chance to ask questions and engage in discussions around body awareness and wellbeing.

Feldenkrais Method Group Classes are a unique experience designed to enhance your body awareness and movement potential. In a supportive group setting, you'll engage in gentle, guided movements that encourage you to explore your body's capabilities and limitations. Through this mindful approach, you'll discover more efficient and effortless ways to move, breathe, and interact with the world around you.

The class aims to release tension, reduce pain, and improve flexibility in your shoulders and neck, while promoting a profound sense of embodiment. Whether you're an athlete, artist, or simply seeking better physical and mental harmony, Feldenkrais Method Group Classes offer a holistic approach to self-knowledge. By connecting body and mind, these classes empower you to break free from habitual patterns, expand your creative potential, and embrace a more vibrant, pain-free life. Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
