Each foot holds 26 bones, 33 joints, more than 100 tendons and ligaments, and a whole network of nerves and vessels. And yet, they’re often the part of us we care for the least.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll change that together with our Yoga teacher Alison Dunmar. Together, we’ll give your feet the care and attention they truly deserve — and you’ll walk away feeling the difference throughout your whole body.
