A whole weekend to move, breathe, release, laugh… and feel really really GOOD
We’re rolling out the red carpet for
Dr Tanya Cates — a woman with more energy than a double-shot espresso and more passion for movement than most people have for coffee.
She’ll guide you, challenge you, and help you discover parts of your body you didn’t even know were tight.
And yes… the Spinefitter will officially arrive at Planet Feelgood!
Think of it as a friendly little army of connected balls working together to love your spine back into happiness.
Mobility, posture, tension release — sorted. You might even grow an extra centimetre (not guaranteed… but wouldn’t that be fun?)

🟡 SATURDAY
3:00pm–5:00pm — Spinefitter 2-Hour Experience
A hands-on exploration to release tension, improve mobility, and elevate how your body moves.
• $50 – Class only
• $300 – Class + your own Spinefitter to take home
5:00pm–6:00pm — UNfURL Dance Pilates Movement Class
A joyful fusion of dance, flow, and Pilates strength with Dr Tanya Cates.
• $30 per participant

8:00am — Body Pump Team Teach (Complimentary Session)
Start your Sunday with a bang as Lisa Cosson & Dr Tan Cates team-teach a feelgood strength class.
• Class is free — $1 booking fee applies to secure your spot
9:00am–10:00am — Pilates Mat Masterclass (1 Hour)
A grounded, breath-led Pilates session blending traditional practice with modern movement insight.
• $30 per participant
10:30am–2:30pm — Spinefitter Instructor Training (4-Hour Certification)
Step into a leadership role, learn the deeper mechanics of spinal mobility, earn PD points, and walk away certified.
• $350 – Certification workshop
• $550 – Workshop + your own Spinefitter

• Arrive a little early for good vibes and better warm-ups
• Bring a water bottle (hydrated humans move better)
