What to Expect:
Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound journey, where gongs, singing bowls, drums and other instruments can guide you from busyness to profound peace. Like a "reset" for your nervous system, this experience helps:
• Release stress & quiet the mind
• Recharge energy (like a full night’s sleep!)
• Balance body & emotions through sound science
How to Prepare:
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow (or a reclining chair), and water. Dress in warm layers, the hall is heated, but when you feel cosy it's easier to feel relaxed
Gentle Note:
Sound Baths are not recommended during the first and last three months of pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker or metal implants or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labrythitus or Meniers Disease.
