About this Event
Feel Your Anger. Reclaim Your Life Force.
There is a tremendous amount of intensity moving through people right now. Many of us are carrying anger, frustration, grief, heartbreak, overwhelm, exhaustion, and helplessness while still trying to function, stay positive, keep moving, and hold everything together.
For many people, anger has never felt entirely safe to express or even fully feel. It gets suppressed, internalized, intellectualized, numbed out, or pushed aside before the body has had a chance to process it completely. Over time, that emotional buildup can contribute to anxiety, burnout, resentment, chronic tension, emotional shutdown, people pleasing, and disconnection from our own vitality and truth.
This immersive afternoon workshop is designed to create a grounded, supportive, and carefully guided space to safely explore anger as an important emotional and energetic experience that deserves attention, movement, and care.
Together, we’ll explore the relationship between anger, the nervous system, boundaries, grief, truth, and life force energy through lecture, reflection, journaling, guided discussion, gentle yogic movement and breath practices, ritual breathwork, music, emotional release work, and sound healing integration.
The ritual breathwork ceremony itself is designed to help participants move emotional energy through the body in a healthy and intentional way while reconnecting to clarity, aliveness, emotional honesty, and deeper self-awareness. Many people leave this work feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, more emotionally connected, and more energized.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided following the ceremony to support grounding, integration, and community connection.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All are welcome.
