When we receive bad news, we usually do one of two things; either we block them or avoid them. People get into vices like alcohol use or gambling to avoid talking about them or even acknowledge it. We also try to bottle it up because we don’t want to burden our loved ones with it. In this series, we talk about the different difficult emotions that we have so that we can learn how to deal with it so we can love God, love others and love ourselves better.
