Feel More Human During Pregnancy

Feel More Human is a 2.5-hour, deeply nurturing pregnancy session created to give you the time and space to slow down, rest, and gently reconnect with yourself and your baby whilst acknowledging the profound changes you are experiencing during your pregnancy.

This experience weaves together pregnancy yoga, vocal sound bath and sound healing, and plenty of rest and tea breaks, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to be fully supported.

Info: Yoga with Sharon focuses on honouring the changing physicality of pregnancy. We will offer you slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, gentle strengthening, and deep relaxation. All movements are adaptable, beginner-friendly, and responsive to the needs of your pregnant body.

We will cover standing, kneeling and seated asana as well as a deep relaxation using pillows and fleeces for maximum comfort.

Through vibration and sound, many people experience a deepening sense of presence, bonding, emotional reassurance, and trust, both in themselves and in the unfolding journey of pregnancy.
