I've never done yoga before, what should I expect?

Yoga is for EVERY BODY! We'll move slowly & intentionally to engage & feel new sensations while releasing tension. By the end of class, you'll likely feel like you've been to a gym, been to therapy, and had the best stretch of your life. (At least that is how it's been described to US!)

A San Francisco native, Eliza Maroney is a critically acclaimed yoga instructor & coach who teaches a unique style of Vinyasa & Yin Yoga called Bend & Blaze.
