Feel Day is a one-of-a-kind wellness + play experience designed to help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the simple joys of being alive. Think adult field day meets wellness retreat—a full weekend filled with movement, creativity, community, connection, and pure fun.
Created in response to the growing mental health crisis, Feel Day was built to offer a space that doesn’t feel clinical or heavy, but healing, energizing, and alive.
After more than a decade in the social work and mental health field—and losing a family member and friend to suicide—the founder’s mission became clear: create an accessible, uplifting event where people can release stress, reconnect with joy, and feel supported in a community that cares.
At Feel Day, you can expect:
