Join us for a free small group session designed to help you move better, build strength and feel good in your body again.

No complicated exercises. No pressure to keep up. Just simple, effective training that helps with everyday things like balance, strength, mobility and confidence.

• Build strength safely
• Improve your fitness
• Move more easily in daily life

All levels welcome. Just come along and give it a go.

After the class, anyone who is interested will be invited to stay for a short chat about our training programmes.

There is absolutely no obligation to stay. The chat will be announced before it begins, and you are very welcome to simply enjoy the free class and head off afterwards.
