Curious about chakras but don’t want a lecture?
This 90-minute experiential class brings the chakra system to life through the five senses. Explore each of the seven chakras from Root to Crown using color, sound, scent, touch, and taste. Along the way, you’ll get a clear, beginner-friendly overview of what chakras are, plus optional mantras and gentle yoga poses for each energy center.
Come ready to slow down, notice, and play with your senses in a relaxed, supportive space. Comfortable clothes and curiosity encouraged.
What to Expect

Carey Nash, RYT 200 has practiced yoga since 2006 exclusively at Sattva. She believes, “Yoga will change your life, if you let it,” and enjoys making yoga fun and accessible while helping people on their yoga journey. She is also a certified nutritionist, specializing in Plant-Curious Nutrition.
