1. 🕐 10.00 - 11.00 - Yoga & Meditation Session
We will begin with a gentle yoga practice followed by guided meditation, helping you release post-holiday tension, reconnect with your body, and find inner calm. This session is suitable for all levels.

2. Reflection & Manifestation
Through guided meditations, we’ll reflect on the past year, set conscious intentions, and visualize 2026 - bringing mind, body, and goals into alignment.

3. 🕐 11.00 - 12.00 Healthy Networking Brunch with Biohacking lecture
The second part of the event will take place over a cozy, healthy brunch, where we will gather in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During the brunch we will have a lecture about biohacking were we'll get some tips how to eat healthy without stress for your body.

This is not only a moment to nourish your body, but also an opportunity to:

• exchange ideas and experiences

• talk openly about healthy nutrition and mindful eating habits
