On Saturday, February 22nd from 2:00-3:30pm we’re breaking grips, not hearts: we'll be hosting the next Women's Open Mat at Octagon MMA & Krav Maga in Greensboro, NC. Women are invited to attend for free and encouraged to bring friends or relatives who are interested. All ages and skill levels are welcome-- there's always something to learn no matter where you're at.IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-if you have never trained at Octagon before, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver form
-bring slip-on shoes and water
-this will be a women-only event whether you're participating on the mats or only watching, so please plan accordingly with spouses, partners, children, or other dependents
-There will probably be a fro-yo run after, as is tradition
