Join sangha member Bernie for a Calm Abiding Meditation session + Talk
In the meditation class, you will be instructed on sitting properly, preparation for practice and engaging in short rounds of meditation practice.
Following the meditation class Bernie will give a talk on “The Buddha’s Philosophy of Right Speech.”
This class is designed for beginners and is also supportive for sangha members who want more support in their meditation practice.
Enjoy the positive benefits of sitting with others in meditation.
Morning tea is provided after teaching.
