February Community Gathering

You're invited to our February Community Gathering in the name of LOVE  

Together we will expand our capacity for love through community, meditation, breathwork and journaling to open up our hearts to the possibility that we can love and be loved more than we ever thought possible.

Drawing inspiration from the Buddhist Metta Meditation, which teaches us how to cultivate unconditional, boundless love through wisdom and meditation. Whether love already feels abundant in your life, or you are searching for answers on where to get started on your love journey, this is the place for you.

Everyone is welcome, and this event is by-donation.

Join us with an open heart on Sunday, February 15th at 4 pm at Daya Yoga in Bushwick.

Wear something comfy and bring a journal if you have one.
