Entry fee $80 per team, $40 per person.
DEADLINE for Entries & Payments -
WILL CLOSE ON Tuesday, February 18th, 2025
If necessary, you may cancel before noon on Friday, February 21st, 2025. After this time, all entries will forfeit entry fee.
Late entries and entries with no payment will not be accepted – Must pay before deadline
Every doubles team must fill out and turn in one entry form, either by mail, e-mail or in person.

Confirmations will be sent out the Thursday before the tournament.
