February 2026 CSPA General Meeting

The Catholic School Parents’ Association (CSPA) hosts regular monthly meetings to share updates, provide information, and offer opportunities for discussion on matters of interest to parents, School Councils, and the wider OCSB community.

CSPA meetings are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month during the regular school year and begin at 7:00 pm. Meetings are not held in December or June, and March meetings are dedicated to School Councils only.

Meetings are typically offered in a hybrid format (in-person and via Google Meet). While virtual attendance is always available, in-person participation is encouraged when available, as it provides valuable opportunities to connect with other school council members, other parents and caregivers, school board staff, and trustees. Each year, meetings are hosted at school sites throughout the city, so please be sure to check the listed location for each month.

Our next meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 28th at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Ottawa Catholic School Board Offices at 570 West Hunt Club Road - CEC Boardroom Entrance, with an option to attend virtually.

While only designated CSPA Representatives from each school council may vote when required, you do not need to be a CSPA Representative to attend. All OCSB parents and caregivers are welcome to join us.
