Half-day Vipassana course in Cambridge is on Sunday February 15, 2026.

Here is the detailed schedule:

7:45 - 8:55 am - arrive early for additional sitting if desired

8:45 - 9:00 am - Participants Arrive.

9:00 - 10:00 am - Course Opening and Anapana

10:00 - 10:10 am - Break

10:10 - 11:00am - Vipassana

11:00 - 11:10am - Break

11:10 - 12:10pm - Group Sitting

12:10 - 12:15 pm - Short Break

12:15 - 12:55 pm - Metta Instructions and Final Discourse

Half day courses have formal Anapana, Vipassana, & Metta Instructions with an inspiring discourse, and can serve as a valuable refresher course for someone who hasn't been to a recent 10-day course. It is open to old students who have completed at least 1 10-day course in one of S.N.Goenka's Vipassana centers.

• Remember to use the basement door down the cement steps around the side, NOT the front door.

• Turn off cell phones/pagers beforehand and try to leave your muted/powered down phone outside the hall along with any keys.

• If you arrive late or even 3/4 of the way through the sitting, feel free to enter the hall quietly and join us. Be especially mindful of minimizing noises like dropping keys, zipping a coat loudly, etc.

When you arrive at 27 Harvey St, please walk down the driveway and at the end you will see a flight of stairs leading down to the meditation room which is in the basement.
