Feb. 6- Winter Women's Circle

Join us for a soulful evening of reflection and connection that will guide you back to self-love!

Through breathwork, somatic exercises, guided sharing and powerful reflections we’ll anchor into self-trust, release what no longer serves and anchor into the energy of care, love and (self) devotion.

Together we’ll close with a gentle ritual to an open heart. Resources will be shared as part of the evening, but the true focus is on the circle: connection, guidance, and the supportive like-minded community we co-create together.

The facilitators are Gaby Balsells & Monica Costantino.

Monica is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Artist who supports women in releasing patterns, (re)connecting to their body’s innate wisdom, and exploring the deepest parts of themselves. Rooted in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and somatic approaches, her work bridges science and spirituality to nurture self-trust, creativity, and emotional healing. Guided by curiosity and compassion, Monica is devoted to co-creating spaces that foster reflection, attunement, and organic transformation.

Gaby Balsells is a Relationship Therapist and Yoga Teacher who helps women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate deeper emotional and embodied intimacy. Her work weaves together psychology, somatic awareness, and mindful movement to create spaces where women can release, reflect, and root back into their bodies. With a background in Clinical Psychology and years of guiding individuals and couples toward more authentic connection, she brings a grounded yet soulful approach to healing.

No experience is needed — come as you are, in comfortable clothes, ready to exhale and feel supported in community. Journal optional.
