In this hands-on class, we’ll be diving into one of the most magical acrylic pouring techniques out there — the swipe — to create stunning, flowing feather paintings that look delicate, dimensional, and totally unique.
Using carefully layered ribbons of paint, you’ll learn how to pull color across the canvas using a very unexpected tool… paper towels! We’ll even cut one end into a fun little saw-tooth pattern so it grabs the paint just right, creating that soft, wispy feather texture that makes everyone go “HOW did you do that?!”
No experience needed — just bring your curiosity, your love of color, and maybe your willingness to get a little paint on your hands. 😉
