Join eRYT500 yoga teachers Adrienne Parnell and Courtney Krueger for an extended weekend of Aerial Yoga Teacher Training! Open to all RYT200 yoga teachers, learn the modality of aerial yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Learn how to teach safe and effective aerial yoga classes including ayurveda, anatomy, inversions and decompression techniques.
Training topics include:
- History of aerial yoga
- Safety
- Sequencing
- Trauma informed aerial yoga
- Business and etiquette
Training begins Thursday, January 15th in the afternoon and runs through Sunday, January 18th.
- Thursday, January 15th- 3:00 to 9:00pm
- Friday, January 16th- 4:00 to 8:00pm
- Saturday, January 17th- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, January 19th- 9:00am to 4:00pm
